“I highly recommend this place to anyone! I've rented a storage here since March, and I am very happy with my decision. I have checked prices of storage companies that include from Santa Teresa up to here in Socorro. This place has the lowest rates of all They offer climate controlled units and do support military with a very generous discount. Everytime I stop by the office, I am greeted with smile from very friendly neighbors who sit at the chair in from of the office, and the office manager, Ms Carmen, who works here. After renting for a couple of months, I went and emptied the storage, and left the door open, so I can stop by next day and clean it. Unfortunately, I forgot about that and came back after three days. I saw the lady had closed the door I had left oppen, and she had cleaned the dust that was collected inside for those months. I really feel bad for that, because it was my job to clean it, and the lady did not charge me extra for nothing. Not only that, but she made sure to cancel my auto pay, so I won't get charged anymore, since she new I came back from overseas and will not need the unit anyone. Thank you ma'am, I really do appreciate it!.”
