keylock storage is my choice in storage by far. they are open 6 days a week and easy to find. even when you live out of town or are new to the area. I like all the security features they offer and i know my belongings are safe with them. This place is the best in the area when it comes to storage facilities. the units are clean and the staff is very friendly. Their prices are reasonable and they are very accomodating.

My experience was with Cindy. She was friendly and helpful getting a unit that fit our budget as well as our needs. I was able to get some bixes on site and use the restroom which was refreshingly clean.

Great experience here! Affordable rates for a very well-kept and secure facility. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Most importantly, I have no doubt that my belongings are safe here. I will definitely be recommending Keylock Storage to all of my friends and family.

This place is my choice for our storage needs in this area. The staff was very helpful and the grounds were clean and welcoming. I like the features that its fenced with security cameras and tenants having access 24/7. Very reassuring for me.

i really like the way they are open 6 days a week and that you have 24 hour access to your unit. other facilities around town seems so hard to find someone in the office or there simply is no office on site. but Keylock Storage always has someone there to help you find a storage unit to fit your needs. my first choice by far

The manager at keylock storage in Pendleton was very friendly and informative! I had many questions about an upcoming move,and she answered them all. Also the facility was very clean.

Personable, professional, expedient,! I am in another state and had to handle everything over the phone and online and Cindy and Sarah didn't miss a beat with getting EVERYTHING taken care of for my storage needs! You can't go wrong with using the services of this team!!

keylock storage in pendelton or . is among the elite in rental lockers. from the clean classy appearance to world class views and above and beyond the very courteous staff of cindy and sara who will go out of there way to help others and make your rental experience a likable one. i would recommend them through and through as they strive to be the best and live by those standards.

this was my first choice when i needed to store my belongings. its safe, secure and clean. the staff was super friendly and welcoming.the prices wernt bad considering all the perks. on site manager and 24/7 access. will recommend this place to all my associates.

I tried renting in 2018, and after some billing issues closed account. Now in 2019; I needed storage once again and thankfully they hired Jeremy. He's much more professional, the entire area it's much more clean, and overall he's done an 11/10 job managing the location.
As long as he's working here I'll recommend anyone in Pendleton to use Keylock Storage!

Stored all of my belongings here in June 17. A few days later it rained and flooded the Keylock Storage facility. Lost 90% of what I owned and Keylock offered no help in recuperating our loss. My renters insurance (State Farm) didnt pay either. Keylock blamed the city of Pendleton for the flood. It took my daughter and I several months to get our storage unit cleaned out and Keylock charged us unit rent the entire time. The staff, Sara and Cindy, are very friendly, but the upper management are uncaring and NEVER contacted me to apologize or to even say they were sorry they couldnt help. Many other tenants were flooded out as well and lost everything like we did. Such a shame and a loss it will take years to recover from. Keylock should have at least refunded our rent and not charged us while cleaning out our unit. I am truly surprised at all the good reviews, its not that nice. Stop by and see for yourself.

BUYER BEWARE !!!!! I moved out out one week after paying my monthly rent. I did not give the 5 days notice, so they are keeping my whole months rent ! (and probably re-renting the unit). When I called I was told my refund "would be processed". After 2 months of follow up on my part, I'm told they are not refunding ANY of my money. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT HONEST.

They steal your money. Promise you your refund and then never give it to you. Still currently fighting them.... go anywhere else!!
