I have to say that I am happy to have been able to get a storage unit at A-1 storage . Last time I needed one there was none available for the size I required. I had to travel 10 miles to a different storage. Suzan (staff) is wonderful and very professional. She is a plus for A-1. I'm content with A-1 storage. Ty.

I love the service here. Unfortunately, i had to move to a storage close to my home. I miss Maritza and Susan. Their service is the best. A1 is safe and always clean. I miss you girls.

I was a customer for at least 4 years event started out around a 110. Over time it went all the way up to $170 and then when we want it to vacate their elevator was broken an inconvenience to us we had to wait two weeks and then we're called around 2 p.m. and told that we had to have our stuff out by 7 are we are going to be charged. Obviously we couldn't get our stuff out in that couple of hours and we were charged 20 more dollars. I will never go there again!

Clean place nice courtesy employees. This place really cares about your property. They make sure your stuff is safe by offering everyone fire insurance. have been storing my stuff here for years and I feels content knowing my stuff is there safe.

Maritza was very kind, caring and helpful. It was raining when i arrived with my truck and she saw me alone. She went right to work and found me her best unit! She was all over the facility saying she will find one, since they didn't have much availability. She was amazing! Highly recommend A1. Ask for Maritza.

There is no reason to give lower than 5 stars for Susan and Maritza. My uncle rented here for a long while. When we needed storage i right away knew i would come here. Always great here.

Great place.. I stored my stuff here for months and I know people that have had a unit for years. Affordable prices and a secure location to prevent your belongings from theft and for an added guarantee, insurance is offered (for a price) for added protection.

A-1 Self Storage was fantastic! I had a great experience, the staff was awesome. I was with this storage facility for more then 20+ years and during this time I never had any problems and it was always clean. If I ever need to store anything I would not hesitate to return. I will miss Susan and Maritza they made me feel always welcomed and they are super friendly.

The day I rented my storage unit was my very first day within a town in the city of Los Angeles. Susan was very helpful to me. She is not only knowledgeable on the type of service provided, but also remarkably patient for I had several questions to ask and she responded well and professionally. Also, on that same day, there was a problem with the elevator... Whenever I put items that were heavy inside, it simply would not open the latch on the second floor. Thus, I had to put my items inside the elevator in much smaller portions than one would normally do. Fortunately, there was a second lady that works there and she came to my rescue, calling the technician to fix the elevator problem as soon as possible. I was very glad the technician came because he was able to fix the problem for me remarkably fast. I would definitely re-use A-1 Self Storage again in the future if needed, and I certainly recommend it to anyone in the public with storage needs.

I rented with this place four times and am very pleased with the superb customer service. Maritza and Susan treat their patrons with respect and courtesy. The area is well maintained and clean. I have never experienced any problems with staff or other patrons. I have returned to A1 each time storage is needed and would tell anyone to rent here too.

I send my husband 2 check it out and Maritza helped him gave him a good price. Of course I had 2 come the next day 2 double check and Susan helped us both what I liked is the fact they kept their word and the price that was give remained. I also liked how they remember who there customers are and by there name. That was very impressive! When viewing the unit I loved how clean it looked and how it especially smelled... fresh and lemony! :)

Me gusta mucho el servico al cliente aqui. El lugar no es nuevo pero Maritza y Susan siempre nos atienden muy bien. Siempre estan pendientes por si necesitamos algo. Ellas me hacen sentir que mis cosas estan en muy buenas manos. Esta todo muy limpio. Es mi storage #1. No iria a ningun otro lugar. Gracias chicas.

I rented at A1 Self Storage in El Monte a few years ago. When I left, I did not think I would need it again, but circumstances proved otherwise. I returned and once again I am happy with my decision. I have used other storage companies before but prefer this one. The ladies are very nice and accommodating. I will recommend others here and will always return.
